    The Role

    We are seeking a motivated, in-person Sales Representative to join our Edmonton office. You will work alongside experienced commercial finance professionals and play a key role in growing our equipment finance and working capital portfolio.

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outbound sales, relationship-building, and closing transactions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source new business from end-users and vendors through outbound initiatives, including cold calling, email outreach, and lead sourcing

    • Develop new vendor and end-user relationships through in-person visits across Edmonton and surrounding areas

    • Build, manage, and maintain profitable long-term relationships with vendors and customers

    • Maintain accurate and complete records in our CRM to maximize sales and marketing opportunities

    • Prepare credit submissions and lease packages for lender review

    • Meet minimum daily and weekly activity targets (calls and vendor visits), monitored and reviewed by management

    • Work full-time in the office when not visiting vendors or customers on the road

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of cold calling and sales experience

    • Strong customer service and professional telephone etiquette

    • Self-starter with a goal-oriented, results-driven mindset

    • Experience in finance or leasing is an asset (training provided for the right candidate)

    • Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (required for vendor visits)
