The Role
We are seeking a motivated, in-person Sales Representative to join our Edmonton office. You will work alongside experienced commercial finance professionals and play a key role in growing our equipment finance and working capital portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outbound sales, relationship-building, and closing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Source new business from end-users and vendors through outbound initiatives, including cold calling, email outreach, and lead sourcing
Develop new vendor and end-user relationships through in-person visits across Edmonton and surrounding areas
Build, manage, and maintain profitable long-term relationships with vendors and customers
Maintain accurate and complete records in our CRM to maximize sales and marketing opportunities
Prepare credit submissions and lease packages for lender review
Meet minimum daily and weekly activity targets (calls and vendor visits), monitored and reviewed by management
Work full-time in the office when not visiting vendors or customers on the road
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of cold calling and sales experience
Strong customer service and professional telephone etiquette
Self-starter with a goal-oriented, results-driven mindset
Experience in finance or leasing is an asset (training provided for the right candidate)
Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (required for vendor visits)
